False advertising, lies, hang up, no reply to emails, in one sentence: "as bad as it can get!"

I ordered a camera in February, reported in stock, 5 to 8 days shipping.... I received an email to call to confirm the order, which I did, the guy tried to sell me the same product (same part #!) at a much higher price, telling me the one I had ordered was a China model coming from overseas, due in the US only 3 weeks from now... but I stuck to my original order.

As it did not show up in 3 weeks, nor any order confirmation, I called again, to hear: we are out of the black model, that's why you did not get it, do you want the silver one instead? Sure, does not matter to me, please ship the silver one, but why did'nt I get any message from you? It never arrived either.... so my last call today, 2 months later: "This item was out of stock, your order was cancelled!"

"How come I did not receive any update about this?

"Well, this was emailed to you.." and another hang up, no sorry, no can I find you something else, nothing.... except now this email:


Per your request we have canceled your order, your card has not been charged nor will it.

You're lucky you didn't get charge! Ever read their terms of service agreement? I think Lewis Black help write it.
