not only are their advertised prices not really what they intend to sell their cameras for but i got a defective camera and they did nothing to allow me to replace it after only using it for 3 weeks.i have had to send it back to the manufacturer.

the product was a nikon coolpix s9100 and it had problems with the lens cover not retracting completely.i called at least 4 times and as soon as the individual in customer service answered and was told i needed to send a product back i was put on never-ending hold.

Monetary Loss: $229.
